This website provides information about CoHere and allows interested individuals to request access to The Coherence Standard Manifesto.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data because it is necessary to provide the service you requested (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

By submitting the registration form, you request access to the Manifesto. We process your data solely to fulfil that request and manage your access.

If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at hello@co-here.de. Please note that deleting your registration record will revoke your access to the Manifesto, as your personal access token will no longer be valid.

5. How long we keep your data

Your registration data is retained for up to one year from the date of registration, unless:

  • you request deletion earlier, or
  • a longer retention period is required by law.

Requests relating to personal data are handled within the time limits required by applicable data protection law.

6. Service providers

We use the following service providers to operate this website and provide access to the Manifesto. Where required by law, appropriate data processing agreements have been concluded with these providers.

Supabase — stores registration records and access tokens.

Brevo — sends the email containing your Manifesto access link.

Netlify — hosts the website and runs server-side functions required for registration and access validation.

Bunny.net — delivers video content displayed on the website.

Plausible Analytics — generates privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics.

7. International data transfers

We store and process personal data within the European Union. Some service providers are headquartered outside the EU/EEA — in this case, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing

9. Complaints
